The Basic+ range supports 3 load classes in accordance with EN1433: A15, B125, and C250.
The series of grates compatible with the channels is available in many variants:
- with slots in pre-galvanized pressed sheet metal (A15)
- square mesh or heel-proof in galvanized steel (A15 and B125)
- mesh in ductile cast iron (B125 and C250)
BASIC+ channels are supplied with grates already mounted and secured with M8 screws when combined with B125 or C250 class grates. When using cast iron grates (B125 and C250), the edge is covered with a pre-galvanized steel profile serving multiple purposes: aesthetic, protection against wear, and assistance for the installer who can pre-set the finished pavement level during installation.
The channels are equipped with a tongue-and-groove joint for better stability during installation and a special groove for complete joint sealing. To complete the BASIC+ system, discharge manholes with debris collection baskets and end caps are available.
BASIC+ is a range compliant with European standard EN1433 and equipped with mandatory CE marking.
The BASIC+ drainage channel range is manufactured from vibro-compressed concrete with high compressive strength (minimum class C50/60 – fck = 50 N/mm² and Rck = 60 N/mm²), resistance to freeze/thaw cycles in the presence of stagnant water containing de-icing salts (classification +R according to EN1433), and resistance to attack from atmospheric agents (classification W according to EN1433).
