The Smart Pro G range supports 2 load classes in accordance with EN1433: D400 and E600.
The series of gratings compatible with the channels is available in many variants:
- heel-proof slotted ductile iron with FAST-LOCK quick-fixing system (D400)
- heel-proof mesh ductile iron with “bolt + nut” fixing (E600) for channels with nominal internal width 100-150
- heel-proof slotted ductile iron with “bolt + nut” fixing (D400 and E600)
- For our channels with internal dimension 200 or greater, solid covers with load class E600 are available
The SMART PRO G channels, with wall thickness of 30 mm, are equipped with ductile iron reinforcement profiles perfectly anchored to the concrete body to prevent detachment during operation. Resistant to corrosion and wear, the installed protection profiles allow two different grating fixing systems: the FAST-LOCK quick-pressure system or via M10 “bolt + nut” (anti-loosening bolt).
All Smart Pro G channels are supplied with gratings already mounted and fixed, facilitating handling and reducing assembly costs during installation.
The channels are equipped with a tongue-and-groove joint for better stability during installation and a special groove for complete joint sealing.
To complete the SMART PRO G system, channels with bottom outlet (DN equal to the nominal width up to a maximum of 200 mm), discharge manholes with debris collection basket, and end caps are available.
SMART PRO G is a range compliant with European standard EN1433 and equipped with mandatory CE marking.
The SMART PRO G drainage channel range is manufactured from vibro-compressed concrete with high compressive strength (minimum class C50/60 – fck = 50N/mm² and Rck = 60N/mm²), resistant to freeze/thaw cycles in the presence of stagnant water containing de-icing salts (classification +R according to EN1433) and to attack from atmospheric agents (classification W according to EN1433).
