The Smart Pro range supports 4 load classes in accordance with EN1433: B125, C250, D400, and E600.
The series of gratings compatible with the channels is available in many variants:
- heel-proof mesh in galvanized steel (B125)
- heel-proof slotted in ductile iron (C250, D400, and E600)
SMART PRO channels, with 30 mm thick walls, are equipped with reinforcement profiles perfectly anchored to the concrete body to prevent detachment during operation. The profiles, made of materials resistant to corrosion from contact with the surrounding environment, provide the product with compactness and protection against wear from traffic.
The channels are equipped with a tongue-and-groove joint for better stability during installation and a special groove for complete joint sealing.
To complete the SMART PRO system, channels with bottom outlet (DN equal to the nominal width up to a maximum of 200 mm), channels with a length of 50 cm, drainage manholes with debris collection baskets, and end caps are available.
SMART PRO is a range compliant with European standard EN1433 and equipped with mandatory CE marking.
The SMART PRO drainage channel range is made of vibro-compressed concrete with high compressive strength (minimum class C50/60 – fck = 50N/mm2 and Rck=60N/mm2), resistance to freeze/thaw cycles in the presence of stagnant water containing de-icing salts (+R classification according to EN1433), and resistance to attack from atmospheric agents (W classification according to EN1433).
