A corporate partnership agreement has been signed.
Last November, an important agreement was signed through which the Austrian company BG-Graspointner acquired a stake in the corporate structure of Greenpipe.
Founded in 1997, Greenpipe has been characterized from the beginning by quality products for the transport of drinking, irrigation, and waste water. Over the years, it has diversified its activities by introducing grated drainage channels and developing a wide range of products suitable for every type of use, from residential areas to the most demanding applications in port and airport areas.
Today, Greenpipe is among the most important Italian companies in the sector.
BG-Graspointner is a company based in Mondsee, near Salzburg, present in over 36 countries, with 14 branches worldwide. It is a leading European manufacturer of concrete channels and counts research, development, and sustainability among its main characteristics, having brought innovative technologies to the market that allow for versatile and lightweight products that are simultaneously resistant, durable, and 100% recyclable.
After a collaboration of approximately fifteen years—which allowed Greenpipe to market the innovative BG-Filcoten product range and BG-Graspointner to enter promising markets, particularly in Italy and France, where Greenpipe was already firmly positioned—the strengthening of this partnership now enables the Italian company, already a manufacturer in its own right, to take a further step in this direction: by relying on the strength of a global entity, this will ensure greater production capacity and a long-term vision for the future.
Furthermore, this new entity will be able to position itself more strongly on the market and, thanks to the increased ability to manage procurement and expand stock, it stands as an even more reliable partner for customers and associates.
The agreement, signed at the Greenpipe headquarters, further highlights the appreciation for the quality, design flexibility, and the production and commercial capabilities of the Italian company, in a relationship of trust built over time that ensures opportunities for growth and development for both entities.
