COVERS

The channels are closed by covers made of ductile cast iron in class E600, suitable for areas with high axial loads and the frequent transit of heavy vehicles, each fastened with 4 screws for greater protection against accidental opening or sabotage.
The screw and nut fastening system ensures that the covers can be opened and closed many times (nuts can be replaced if lost or damaged).
The covers overlap each other for a short distance: although they do not guarantee perfect water-tightness, they prevent most of the dirt from entering the channel.
They are coated with black paint or, only on request, KTL. On request, subject to time constraints and minimum batches, the covers can be customised with logos or other types of lettering.

SIMPLE ASSEMBLY

The channels are equipped with a Male/Female system for better matching during assembly and with a groove for sealing the various elements.
Flexible line configurations are possible, reaching every point on the surface to be served.

RANGE VARIETY

The range varies from the internal dimension 200×200 (mm) up to 400×500 (mm).

SUITABLE FOR THE TRANSIT OF LARGE LOADS

The sturdiness of Greenpipe channels, combined with the high load rating of the covers, make the system passable and practicable even for large, frequent loads (forklift trucks, steerable trucks, other types of vehicles with heavy loads).

NON-FLAMMABLE

The resistance class A1 – NON FLAMMABLE guarantees fire resistance.
