Self-supporting drainage channels
Greenpipe self-supporting drainage channels offer high-performance solutions divided into two main categories, designed to meet different load and application requirements.
For areas with moderate stress
Ideal for applications where the load is significant but not extreme, these are not made of reinforced concrete but are tested and certified as self-supporting up to class D400. They are ideal for urban roads, parking lots, commercial areas, and zones with standard vehicle traffic.
For large-scale works and extreme stress
The definitive solution for withstanding the heaviest loads and most severe operating conditions, these are made of reinforced concrete and complete with spheroidal graphite cast iron gratings. They are tested and certified as self-supporting up to class F900, perfect for large infrastructures, port terminals, airports, industrial areas, and highways with heavy traffic.
The structure of the channel and the quality of the concrete guarantee maximum resistance to the heaviest loads and stresses, both lateral and transverse, arising from the environment in which the product is installed. The profiles, produced in spheroidal graphite cast iron, provide protection to edges exposed to traffic and durability against wear. The gratings are perfectly assembled to the profiles via 4 anti-loosening M10 bolts and designed to ensure both maximum resistance to the respective load class and high drainage capacity.
Despite their significant weight and size, the channels are easily handled thanks to the lifting systems adopted.

All concrete channels are CAM (Minimum Environmental Criteria) certified
