Strong

STRONG is the self-supporting channel line that provides a solution to every drainage problem in large infrastructure, such as airport apron crossings with container loading and unloading, heavy material handling areas, airport runway edges, and airport parking aprons.
CAM Certification
All concrete drainage channels are certified in accordance with the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM).

The channels, with wall thicknesses of 120 or 150 mm, are equipped with reinforcement profiles perfectly anchored to the concrete body and internal reinforcement to prevent detachment during operation. The profiles are made of ductile iron and treated with cataphoresis (KTL) for greater resistance to corrosion from contact with the surrounding environment.

STRONG channels are available in various external heights (and consequently internal heights) depending on the internal width (CO) and thickness (s), from a minimum of 450 mm up to a maximum of 1,350 mm in 150 mm increments. For custom dimensions, our Technical Department is available for feasibility assessments. Considering the various dimensional and technical variables that may characterize them, STRONG channels are made to order. For costs and preparation times, contact the Sales Department.

The channels feature a tongue-and-groove joint for improved stability during installation and have extremely smooth internal walls for better water flow.
The range complies with EN1433 standard up to class F900/type I and carries mandatory CE marking.

The STRONG drainage channel range is manufactured from cast reinforced concrete with high compressive strength (minimum class C55/67 – fck = 55 N/mm² and Rck = 67 N/mm²), resistant to freeze/thaw cycles in the presence of stagnant water containing de-icing salts (+R classification according to EN1433 standard) and to attack from atmospheric agents (W classification according to EN1433 standard).
