The channels are equipped with a tongue-and-groove joint for better stability during installation and a specific groove for complete sealing of the joint.
BIG47 technical channels are supplied with covers already mounted and secured with an M10 “bolt+nut” system (anti-loosening bolt).
BIG47 is a range compliant with the European standard EN1433 and carries the mandatory CE marking.
The BIG47 range of technical channels is made of high-compressive strength concrete (minimum class C50/60 – fck = 50 N/mm2 and Rck = 60 N/mm2), resistant to freeze/thaw cycles in the presence of stagnant water containing de-icing salts (+R classification according to EN1433) and to atmospheric agents (W classification according to EN1433).
BIG 47 technical channels are available with internal widths of 200 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm, and 500 mm.
